Business development and strategy consultation

Example #1: Our client is looking to expand into the Japan market with their products. We evaluate the current  market for existing products and growth potential. We provide marketing and strategy recommendations to the client with networking opportunities.  


Example #2: A client has existing machinery in production in Japan. They have new products,  technology, or retrofits available that will benefit their users. We align our client with the buyer to create a  positive interface and sales environment for these offerings to the buyer.

Sales and trade support

Example: Our client needs support in Japan to ensure their sale and delivery are completed successfully. We provide the communication and logistical support for the overseas sale. We arrange overseas freight, navigate the customs and duties process, and coordinate domestic delivery to the user.

Construction, installation and commissioning

Example: We provide the on-site support to our client for the full machine delivery process. We use our network of contractors for the heavy construction. We support the installation with our electrical, mechanical, and control technicians. We assist the commissioning engineers through to the final acceptance and turn-over to the buyer.

Maintenance, retrofit, and engineered solutions

Example #1: The  client's buyer is seeking a dedicated maintenance and repair resource to accompany the sale. We provide our client with multiple solutions to incorporate into their offering and ensure machine sustainability to their buyer.


Example #2: Our client needs remote support of their machines in Japan, eliminating the need for the costly overseas support and travel. We offer solutions including periodic maintenance, responsive emergency support, and custom engineering solutions. Our client can offer full machine support to their buyer, creating customer confidence and fostering future opportunities.

Spare parts supply and fabrication

Example #1: We are a resource for spare parts to our client, utilizing a global network for procurement of difficult-to-find spares. We also provide storage services that allows our client to maintain an inventory in Japan of critical spares for their buyers.  These features relieves the overhead burden to our client in the long-term support of their machine. 


Example #2: Our client needs custom parts fabricated for their buyer's machine. Our in-house machine shop and vendors can fabricate these parts and provide them quickly to the buyer. 

Site analysis and process improvement

Example #1: Our client wants a better understanding of the current condition of their machinery in order to provide the proper support to their buyer. We work with the buyer to perform an inspection to evaluate their needs. We perform operational analysis to ensure the buyer is using the machine to its full capability and maintaining as per our client's recommendations. 


Example #2: We inspect the machine for wear and potential failures. We provide a report to our client with recommendations for repairs, replacements, and spare parts they can offer to their buyer.
